I'm the founder of Apothecary of Eden. My journey began in 2022, making elderberry syrup for my own family and friends. What started as a personal health journey turned into a passion for guiding others toward wellness, one small batch at a time.
That passion eventually led me to magnesium. Magnesium is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body, and most of us are more deficient in it than we realize.
