All Sales Are Final

Every item from Apothecary of Eden is handcrafted in small batches using natural, botanical ingredients. Because of the artisanal nature of our production and the limited availability of each batch, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

For your safety and ours, we also cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or shipped. Once a product leaves our hands, we have no way to verify that it hasn't been tampered with, contaminated, or altered in a way that could compromise its quality or safety. This policy protects the integrity of our products and the wellbeing of every customer who trusts us with their care.

If your order arrives visibly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can look into it. Outside of shipping damage, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

Product Use

Our products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated. Please review the ingredients list for each product before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.

Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are prepared and shipped in the order they are received. Because each batch is made to order in limited quantities, availability may vary and some items may be temporarily out of stock.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to recurring deliveries of a product, your payment method will be charged automatically at each billing interval until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page; cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled billing date.
